Canned Wine Co. is thrilled to announce that we won two medals at the London Wine Competition 2023. Both our No. 2 Viognier 2020 and No. 4 St Laurent 2020 were awarded silver!

We pride ourselves on working with some of Europe’s best winemakers to deliver their wine in our small, perfectly portioned cans. Our wines were judged by a panel made up of Masters of Wine, Sommeliers and Master Sommeliers from some of London’s finest restaurants and buyers and traders with extensive commercial buying responsibility. The panel judged on the basis of three primary criteria – quality, value and packaging.

What the judges had to say:

No. 2 Viognier 2020: "Fruit forward wine with some floral notes and tropical hints like peach and chamomile. On the palate it is dry with a vibrant acidity & good finish." 

No. 4 St Laurent 2020: "Highly aromatic on nose with dark fruits followed by vibrant cherry and blueberry, bright floral cherry fruit and nice texture, with gentle resolved tannins on the palate. The oak is well integrated."
