Who says that grown ups can’t enjoy Easter too, by celebrating this long Easter weekend by trying out a new wine cocktail. It’s a take on a classic Campari Spritz but swapping out the Prosecco for our delicious Viognier. A perfectly matched duo to create a super refreshing Bicyclette, the full bodied natured of a Viognier with it’s super delicious notes of peach, apricot and whipper butter.
Here's how you can make yours.
Ingredients:
- 100ml Campari
- 200ml Viognier
- Lemon slices
- Ice cubes
- Recipe makes two
Method:
- Place ice in your favourite cocktail glass.
- Add 50ml Campari
- Add 100ml Viognier, and stir
- Garnish with lemon slices, and enjoy!
